FM Youth Leadership Staff
FM Youth Leadership Staff includes directors, assistant directors, a secretary and a treasurer. The leadership staff is elected annually at the Fundamental Methodist Conference in August.

Jeremy and Mary Wilson
Riley, Elijah, Cooper, Mary and Jeremy
Jeremy and Mary met at the Fundamental Methodist Youth Camp as campers. They have been married since September of 1998. Together the have been blessed with three boys; Elijah, Riley, and Cooper. Elijah graduated College of the Ozarks in 2024 and is now helping run the family business. Riley is entering 10th grade and Cooper is entering 8th grade, both at Crane School District.

Jeremy is the pastor of New Hope Fundamental Methodist Church in Monett, MO. That is where the family attends church together, and Mary serves as one of the youth leaders and a Sunday school teacher. Jeremy teaches Bible classes at Berean Christian Academy and is the campus pastor. Mary is employed by the Galena School District as an administrative assistant. Together, the family operates Wilson Landscape Maintenance and A+ Carpet Cleaning.

Jeremy and Mary have both attended FMYC since they were in elementary school and have continued to work at camp almost every year in some capacity or another. They both have a strong desire to see students and staff be given the same opportunities they had to develop their relationship with the Lord and with fellow campers/staff during camp.

Darrin and Durrel Tudor
Dayiah, Darrin, Duriah, Durrel, Gauge and Grayson
Darrin and Durrel Tudor have been married since August of 2013. The two are alumni of the Berean Christian Academy where they met in 2006. The Lord has blessed them with five children; Grayson, Duriah, Dayiah, Gauge, and Divaya. The family lives in Monett and attends Easyville Fundamental Methodist Church.​

Darrin has been employed with the USPS as a letter carrier since 2013. He enjoys the work and loves being able to reach out and build relationships with his customers. Durrel graduated from Crowder College as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in December of 2015. She works at Cox Rehabilitation in Monett and is extremely grateful and excited to be part of the team there.

Darrin started attending FM Youth as a counselor in 2008 and has enjoyed every summer since. Durrel on the other hand, has attended camp almost every year since she was just a toddler. “I absolutely love to see the Lord work and move in campers' lives year after year. There is nothing that means more to me than being able to share the love of Christ with children and young adults. It never fails that we end up getting more of a blessing from campers and the Lord than we could ever give in return! We are beyond blessed to be part of the leadership staff this year and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store!!”

Desi Smith
Jake and Desi
Jacob and Desi met at Evangel University in Springfield Missouri. They have been married since July 3, 2020. The couple lives in Willow Springs, Mo., and attends Westside Family Life Center Church.
Jacob has worked for the State of Missouri since 2020. Desi works for the Mountain View - Birch Tree School District as the 11-12th grade Special Education Teacher and the head varsity girls basketball coach. Their passion has always been to help and guide people as so many have impacted both of them.
Desi has been a part of the camp since before she could walk. She has always loved to see the way the Lord’s presence moves throughout the camp and changes the lives of campers. She prays to continue seeing lives change for the Kingdom.
